Excellent! Love My Floors!
Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center installed wood flooring in the bedrooms of my home. There was already flooring throughout the rest of the house. They did an excellent job of matching up the new flooring with what was already there. You honestly cannot tell where they butted up the new to the old. My sons who are contractors said that they didn't think they could have done a better job! I am totally satisfied with the work they did and I highly recommend their flooring service! Excellent!

I recently purchased tiles from Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. This was not the first purchase I made with them. Their staff is great. The gal I dealt with this time was very informative and polite. She did a great job. She took the time to explain the difference in the tiles and which ones would wear better or last longer. Their pricing is good too! I will continue to use Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center!

I've been going to Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center for years now. They always have a good selection and their service is top-notch. Last time I used them I needed a rug installed in the living room. We had in mind what we wanted, and the salesperson was very good with his price quotes and giving us what we needed. He found out the manufacturer of the rug we wanted was having a sale, so he contacted us and told us about the lower price before working with us to get the installation scheduled around a time that fit our needs. I was very impressed with the gentleman who came out and installed the rug. He was all business, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up when he was done. Everything went well and I was quite pleased. I will always go to Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. -

I can't say enough about how happy we have always been with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center! We wouldn't go anywhere else! This is not our first time using them. We have been using Abbey Carpets for many years now. Everything turns out perfectly every time we have carpeting installed. When we go into the shop JoAnn helps us. We just tell her it is for one of our rental properties and she shows us a wide variety of carpeting that will wear well and last longer in rental units. Once we decide on which color and design we want we set up the installation. We request the same installers when we can get them, they are so very nice! They always show up on time and they are very respectful of our properties. They always do a walk through with us and let us know where they will start and what the plan is and they take the time to answer any questions we may have. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We wouldn't go anywhere else other than Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center!

Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center just completed an awesome project for us in our new home! We had never used the company until now and we are very pleased that we did. We had received a quote from a different company and they were talking about increasing the price. We did not want to do that. We then got a quote from Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center and their pricing was significantly better and within our budget. We planned out everything and our contractor understood exactly what we wanted to do. The company sent out technicians to install our new flooring. They communicated very well with us and finished the job within the anticipated schedule. The techs were very conscientious of taking good care of our property which we truly appreciate. The floors are gorgeous! We would definitely recommend using Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center and I am certain we will be calling them again for things. We are very pleased with how everything was put together from start to finish. We are now living in our new home and have beautiful floors thanks to Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center.

Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center has always done a great job for me! This was not my first time using them. However, I had always used them for carpeting before. This time I had them come do window treatments. When I went to the store to look at blinds the salesperson was very friendly and accommodating. He took the time to go over samples with me and go over details with me about which would wear better. I was looking for something seamless. I did not want the hanging string as many blinds have. I like that I was able to take several samples home so I could make my final decision. Their pricing was good and they were able to set up the installation time quickly. Brock came out to do the installation. He was prompt, polite and professional. He measured and looked over the areas he was going to install, explained what he would be doing and the scope of the project then took the time to answer the questions that I had. He was very pleasant, neat and tidy. So if you are looking for anything from carpeting to drapery to blinds then you have found the right place with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center! I have already recommended them to friends and family, and you should call them too!

I'm happy to give a glowing review of this fantastic company! Everybody at Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center was extraordinarily helpful and courteous both in their showroom and in my home. I pre-ordered the carpet and, per my instructions, the installation was split. One section was installed right away, and the other section was done at a later date. Both installations went very well. The carpet looks great and I am extremely happy with the result. The installers were prompt and left my home absolutely clean. I am happy to recommend Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center to other people! They did a great job.
